SCC Refund and Return Policy
Seminary Covenant Community is a membership organization typically the membership is by subscription and is not refundable. The resolution to any dispute is to terminate the subscription.
Contributions are not refundable; however, if an error by the donor is unintentional a refund can be applied for if done within 24 Hours of the donation.
Any products offered, such as books, tapes, or tickets to an event, may be refundable if damaged in shipment. Tickets are refundable 5 days prior to the event.
If the product is found to be not available, credit will be issued to the member or student or may choose another curriculum of the same or equal value. Credits will only be made available when the member or consumer of the information requests, and it is determined by Seminary Covenant Community that the information is not available.
